Faros 2 Hotel – Piraeus

Welcome to Faros 2 Hotel. By making a reservation and staying at our property, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
Special requests are welcome but cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to availability upon arrival.

For bookings of more than 4 rooms, different terms, supplements, or group policies may apply.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 13:00
Check-out: until 12:00 noon

Earlier check-in may be possible depending on room availability.
Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Extended late check-out until approximately 18:00 may be charged at 50% of the daily room rate.

Guests arriving after midnight are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance.

3. Payment Policy

Payment is generally required upon arrival at check-in.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Debit Cards
  • IRIS Payments

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival according to the selected booking conditions.

4. Flexible Reservations – Cancellation Policy

For eligible flexible rate bookings:

  • Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before arrival
  • Cancellations made within 3 days prior to arrival may incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay
  • In case of no-show, the total reservation amount may be charged

5. Non-Refundable Reservations

For selected promotional or non-refundable rates:

  • Full or partial prepayment may be required at the time of booking
  • Changes or cancellations may not be permitted
  • In case of cancellation or no-show, charges apply according to the selected rate plan

6. Guest Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

Faros 2 Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay in cases involving:

  • Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behavior
  • Serious disturbance to other guests
  • Illegal activity
  • Damage to hotel property
  • Occupancy beyond booked limits
  • Guests whose condition may pose safety, health, or operational concerns to themselves, staff, or other guests

7. Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or indoor hotel areas.

Guests who smoke may request rooms with balcony access, subject to availability. Smoking should take place only in appropriate outdoor areas.

8. Pets Policy

Pets are generally not permitted.

However, small and quiet pets may be accepted upon prior request and hotel approval, depending on room availability and circumstances.

The hotel reserves the right to decline pet requests at its discretion.

9. Children Policy

Children of all ages are welcome.

Children aged 11 years and above may be charged as adults depending on occupancy and room type.

Baby cots and extra beds are not available.

10. Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furniture, equipment, or hotel property during their stay.

The hotel may charge reasonable repair, replacement, or cleaning costs where necessary.

11. Parking

The hotel does not provide private on-site parking.

12. Accessibility

The hotel offers elevator access and accessible common areas.
Guests with specific accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact the hotel before arrival.
